Dana 18. svibnja 2017. godine održati će se javno predstavljanje znanstvenoga istraživačkog projekta Željeznodobni ženski identiteti u južnom dijelu Karpatske kotline / FEMINE (IP-06-2016-1749), koji se financira iz sredstava Hrvatske zaklade za znanost u trajanju od četiri godine. Projekt će predstaviti Marko Dizdar, voditelj projekta, iz Instituta za arheologiju.

Predstavljanje će se održati u Knjižnici Instituta za arheologiju u Ulici Ljudevita Gaja 32, Zagreb, s početkom u 11.30 h.

On May 18th, 2017, a public presentation of the scientific research project Iron Age Female Identities in the Southern CarpathianBasin / FEMINE (IP-06-2016-1749), funded from the Croatian Science Foundation for a period of four years, will be held. The project will be presented by Marko Dizdar, principal investigator, from the Institute of Archeology.

Presentation will take place at the Library of the Institute of Archeology, Ljudevita Gaja street 32, Zagreb, starting at 11.30.

Arheološka i geofizička istraživanja nalazišta Vojakovački Osijek – Mihalj

Tijekom druge polovine svibnja i prve polovine lipnja 2017. godine Institut za arheologiju (Tatjana Tkalčec), uz suradnju s tvrtkom GEARH d.o.o. provodi geofizička istraživanja srednjovjekovnog kompleksa Vojakovački Osijek – Mihalj (Koprivničko-križevačka županija).

Lokalitet se sastoji od drveno zemljane utvrde te dva objekta s ostacima kamenih temelja za koje se pretpostavlja sakralni karakter.

Archaeological and geophysical research of the Vojakovački Osijek – Mihalj site

During the second half of May and the first half of July 2017 the Institute of Archaeology (Tatjana Tkalčec) will carry out the geophysical research of the archaeological complex Vojakovački Osijek – Mihalj (Koprivnica-Križevci County) in the cooperation with GEARH d.o.o.
The site consists of a wooden earthen fortress and the remains of two buildings with stone foundations for which we presume sacral purpose. You are welcome to visit us on the field!
