Tijekom svibnja i lipnja 2019. g. suradnjom Institut za arheologiju, Zavičajnog muzeja Poreštine i Alma Mater – Sveučilišta u Bologni proveste će se arheološka istraživanja na lokalitetu Tar – Stancija Blek, nakon kojih će uslijediti zahvati konzervacije ziđa. Istraživanja sufinanciraju Ministarstvo kulture, Općine i TZ Općine Tar-Vabriga/Torre-Abrega.
Ovogodišnja će istraživanja zahvatiti različite zone ovog višefaznog lokaliteta, a nastavno na prošlogodišnja istraživanja dovršit će se istraživanja grobova uz crkvu i prostoru između ogradnoga zida i središnje arhitektonskog sklopa, sjeverno od kojeg će, na temelju rezultata geofizike, započeti istraživanja novog sektora.
Zainteresirani kolege i šira javnost dobrodošli su na teren, a nakon istraživanja održat će se i javna prezentacija rezultata.

During May and June 2019, thanks to a collaboration between the Institute of Archaeology, the Poreč heritage museum and Alma Mater – University of Bologna, a new excavation campaign at the Tar – Stancija Blek site will be carried out, after which conservative work on the wall remains will be conducted. Research at the site is financed by the Ministry of culture, Tar-Vabriga/Torre-Abrega municipality and Tourism office.
This year’s research at this multiphase site will include, continuing last year’s activities, excavation of the graves found in the vicinity of the church and in the area between the fortification wall and the central complex, while on the bases of geophysics’ results a new sector to the north of it will be opened.
Colleagues and the general public are invited to visit us during fieldwork, while after the campaign a public presentation of the results will be held.
