Arheološki odjel Gradskoga Muzeja Vinkovci i Institut za arheologiju 14. ožujka 2018. godine u Vinkovcima organiziraju predstavljanje rezultata arheoloških istraživanja koja su provedena na prostoru Vukovarsko-srijemske županije tijekom 2017. godine, s naglaskom na pokretne nalaze. S obzirom da se radi o području na kojem su otkrivena brojna arheološka nalazišta iz svih razdoblja i na kojem se provode mnogobrojna sustavna i zaštitna istraživanja te terenski pregledi, želja nam je okupiti sve istraživače kako bi razmijenili spoznaje o dosadašnjim rezultatima, posebno otkrivenim kontekstima kao i prikupljenim pokretnim nalazima.Program je dostupan ovdje.

Archaeological Department of Vinkovci Municipal Museum and the Institute of Archaeology in Zagreb are organising, on March 14th 2018 in Vinkovci, presentation of the results of archaeological excavations carried out in Vukovar-Syrmian County in 2017, with emphasis on small finds. Considering that this is an area with many archaeological sites from all time periods and with numerous field surveys, systematic and rescue excavations being carried out, our goal is to give opportunity to all the researchers to exchange and compare research results, particularly find contexts and collected small finds.The programme is available here.

Pozivamo Vas na 1. okrugli stol Istraživačkog projekta TransFER – Proizvodnja željeza uz rijeku Dravu u antici i srednjem vijeku: stvaranje i transfer znanja, tehnologija i roba (IP-2016-06-5047) financiranog od strane Hrvatske zaklade za znanost. Na Okruglom stolu biti će prezentirani rezultati 1. godine istraživanja na projektu te će se raspravljati o budućim istraživanjima i očekivanim rezultatima u narednom projektnom razdoblju.

We are inviting You to the 1st Round table of the Research project TransFER – Iron production along the Drava River in the Roman period and the Middle Ages: Creation and transfer of knowledge, technologies and goods (IP-2016-06-5047) financed by the Croatian Science Foundation. At the Round table the results of the first year of research on the project will be presented. Future research and expected results will be also discussed for the forthcoming project period.

U sklopu aktivnosti projekta RED (HRZZ, IP-11-2013-3973) u lipnju 2018. g. u Taru i Crikvenici održat će se Ljetna škola čiji je cilj povezati mlade istraživače, doktorande i studente završnih godina diplomskih studija sa stručnjacima i znanstvenicima koji se bave temama korištenja krajolika u kontekstu rimske keramičarske proizvodnje i drugih gospodarskih aktivnosti.Sudionici se mogu prijaviti do kraja ožujka.
Uz Institut za arheologiju u organizaciji ljetne škole sudjeluju LabexMed – Aix-Marseille université – Centre Camille Jullian, LabEx Archimède – ASM UMR 5140 – ISEM UMR 5554, Zavičajni muzej Poreštine i Muzej Grada Crikvenice, uz podršku brojnih drugih institucija.

Within project RED’s activities (HRZZ, IP-11-2013-3973) in June 2018 a Summer school will be held in Tar and Crikvenica. The goal of this event is to connect master and PhD students. as well as young researches with specialist and scientists working on topics concerning landscape and resources management in the context of Roman pottery production and other economic activities.
Particpants can apply to the Summer school by the end of March.
Along with the Institute of Archaeology, the summer school is organised by the LabexMed – Aix-Marseille université – Centre Camille Jullian, LabEx Archimède – ASM UMR 5140 – ISEM UMR 5554, the Poreč heritage museum and Crikvenica Municipal Museum, while support is provided by numerous other institutions.
